Anybody who contracts or interacts with my services, advice or content are automatically subject to these terms and conditions. Each person understands that any decision made or action taken is their own choice and responsibility. Services here should not be used in place of legal, financial, medical, therapeutical, or professional advice.
Human design is meant to be used as a self-awareness tool, and should under no circumstance replace professional, regulated, or licensed advice. If you are experiencing serious symptoms, please seek out a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional when required.

Refund Policies
All products and services are non-refundable, but rescheduling is possible.
Booked sessions can be rescheduled if canceled with more than 48 hours in advance.
If you made a payment by mistake, we will assess the situation and return your money. If the mistake payment is for an automatic product, the request should be made immediately or within 24 hours.
To request a refund, we may ask you to provide proof of your purchase and your account or card details. To be eligible for a return, your refund will be issued to the same card or account that was used to purchase the product.
You will receive a full refund minus any bank transfer costs or fees. If there are no bank fees, you will receive the full amount. If your refund is approved, the credit will automatically be returned to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on processing.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first contact your bank account to confirm their processing time.

Sale items
If your item was purchased under a sale, the amount paid minus transfer costs will be refunded.
Gifted readings
Gifted services cannot be refunded to the gifted person. Refunds will only be returned to the card used for the original payment. However, you can use the gift amount to select another product or re-gift it to someone else.
Comments
We reserve the right to delete any comment that violates our policies:
- No discrimination, sexism, or racism will be tolerated
- Comments should be respectful
- No trolling or comments intended to incite arguments
- No selling, only genuine comments
